ictQATAR continues to support the Supreme Council of Health’s efforts to further digitize healthcare systems and records. Improved electronic data storage and sharing will benefit the public by enhancing healthcare through better prevention, detection, diagnosis and treatment.

The Supreme Health Council and Hamad Medical Corporation have begun efforts to build a unified health records system, and 500 employees, including doctors, nurses and therapists have already been trained in how to use the system. 4 of 12 hospitals have already fully integrated the system, and it is now the standard for all new hospitals in Qatar.
