In his Opening Remarks at the Connect Arab 2012 Summit, President of Sudan, Omar Al-Bashir stressed that ICT development effosrts are underway in Sudan, while indicating that a number of key challenges still exist and need to be thoroughly addressed in order to ensure digital inclusion in the country.
