Class License for Resale of Telecommunications Services

The class license for resale of telecommunications services enables hotels, public call offices, Internet cafes and wireless Internet zones, to resell telecommunications services on a non-exclusive basis. The parties can resell all types of telecommunications services from any Individual Public Telecommunications Operator licensed in Qatar, however they must notify ictQATAR prior to offering such services.
