In her remarks at the "Innovation and Technology" Day at the Third United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, held in Doha, Qatar, ictQATAR Secretary General Dr. Hessa Al-Jaber stressed the importance of ICT in fostering innovation, enriching human knowledge and liberating markets.
Dr. Al-Jaber also emphasized on the power of ICT innovation in transforming sectors and creating sustainable development. She added that Qatar is currently developing future policies to create a regulatory environment that fosters innovation.
