Second Quality of Service Reports of Qtel and Vodafone

These are the second Quality of Service(QoS) reports provided by the licensed telecommunications service providers QTel and Vodafone for the period from October 2011-March 2012. These QoS reports indicate each operators level of compliance with regards to their quality of service obligations as set forth in their public fixed and mobile licenses.
