Decision Sent to Parties to the Dispute
ictQATAR, the nation's Telecommunications Regulator, has issued a Decision in relation to the dispute between QTel and Vodafone Qatar regarding Virgin Mobile services.
The Decision has been sent to the parties to the dispute.

ictQATAR has applied its powers under Telecommunications Law 34 of 2006 to produce a dispute resolution process which has been utilized by the parties concerned to make submissions in respect of the dispute.
Dr Hessa Al Jaber, Secretary General of ictQATAR said today; "The licensed operators have participated enthusiastically in the dispute resolution process. This is a welcome sign of growing maturity within the Qatar telecommunications sector and the regulatory framework, generally."
