ictQATAR's Secretary General Dr. Hessa Al-Jaber led Qatar's delegation to the WTDC 2010 conference with the goal of sharing Qatar's experiences in developing a vibrant ICT sector, helping shape the global ICT agenda and learning from other leading international experts.
Al-Jaber delivered remarks on Qatar's progress in ICT development as part of the opening High Level Segment, where all delegation heads shared their work, including policy developments, initiatives and future goals.
