ictQATAR’s Mentorship Program provides young ICT professionals with invaluable insight beyond their educational and professional experience.
Through job shadowing and direct engagement in significant projects, mentees will have the opportunity to work side by side with ictQATAR staff and renowned consultancy firms such as Mckinsey & Company, Booz Allen and Deloitte.
The mentorships are designed to help young ICT professionals excel in their careers.

Specific mentorships programs exist for the following projects:

• E-Participation and E-Civics
• Digitization of Qatar’s Cultural Heritage
• ICT Investment Strategy Development

Mentorship Period

Part-time (20 hours a week), from 7 weeks – 12 weeks

Eligible Candidates  

• ICT professionals with 1– 5 years of experience.
• Qatari Resident
• Immediate Start
