Khaled Tawfik, Manager - Market Development, ictQATAR

Khaled Tawfik is the Manager of the Market Development Department at ictQATAR. With over 18 years experience in IT/business strategy and implementation, Tawfik has held positions with several Fortune 500 organizations including Accenture and Nestle.

He has significant experience across a broad range of industries, including IT Services with a deep functional expertise in SME development. Tawfik is also a certified Project Management Professional and has completed his MBA from Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands.


Billye Atout, Director, Enterprise Accounts, Qtel

Atout manages the SME sector within the Qtel Business Solutions Department. Since joining Qtel in 2005, she has been a key driver in developing service and solution offerings tailored to the SME segment.

In 2007, the new "Enterprise Account Management" team was introduced to give a dedicated account management focus to the SME sector. Understanding the financial and technology challenges facing the SME sector, she has been influential in guiding Qtel's product development toward more SME specific solution offerings.

Prior to joining Qtel, Atout worked in the software and hosting industry in the United States and has over 15 years of experience in selling technology solutions across all sectors.


Mamoun Al-Bishtawi, Small to Medium Solutions and Partners Lead, Microsoft Qatar

Mamoun Al-Bishtawi is Small to Medium Solutions and Partners Lead for Microsoft in Qatar. Since joining Microsoft in 2006 Beshtawi has worked with many different multinational and Qatari IT companies.

He is responsible for developing the Microsoft Partner environment in the Small to Medium Enterprise area of Microsoft's business.

Before joining Microsoft, Beshtawi was the General Manager for one of the leading IT companies in Qatar and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Jordan University of Science and Technology.


Karl Roe - Director of Strategic Alliances, MEEZA

Karl Roe is the Director of Strategic Alliances at MEEZA with a focus on working with strategic partners to deliver MEEZA Cloud Services to businesses throughout the MENA region. During his career, Karl has held various board and senior sales positions, gaining over 15 years of experience in successfully delivering outsourced service value propositions to SMB and Enterprise markets using commercial and open source software.

Before joining MEEZA, Roe worked with Microsoft where his key focus was to provide market, customer and partner analysis and idea generation for Cloud business case development, Cloud business solution development, and Cloud Computing business sales.


Gamal Metwally, Vice President of Business Development Middle East, NTG Clarity Network

Gamal Metwally is an executive consultant with over 23 years of international ICT management experience. He is currently Vice President of Business Development in the Middle East for NTG Clarity Network, a leader in delivering network, telecom, IT and infrastructure solutions to network service providers and medium and large enterprises.

He holds a Bachelor's of Science Communication with specific expertise in mCommerce, eBusiness, Smart Building and telecom solutions.


Majdi Alkhatib, Marketing Executive, Qatar A to Z

Majdi Alkharib is Marketing Executive with Qatar A to Z (Qatar Sale). He holds a BBA in Management and diploma from Mada Institution in international business administration.


Khalifa Saleh Haroon, Chief Executive Officer, Iloveqatar.net/ Haroon United Group

Khalifa Saleh Haroon is the CEO of Haroon United Group and ILoveqatar.net. Khalifa's accomplishments include establishing and assisting with the development of a number of successful startups in Qatar and overseas. Khalifa is currently also the Manager of Online and Corporate Strategy at Vodafone Qatar.

Passionate about Qatar and its possibilities, Khalifa proactively works towards making Qatar a dynamic, admired and forward thinking country, particularly, by encouraging growth in the online and media sectors.
